Katy Perry for OPI

OPI and Katy Perry teamed up and created 4 colors for Spring 2011. I don't really count black shatter as part of the collection because I feel like it's there just to compliment the other 4 colors like the Serena Williams collection.

After reading reviews I was not impressed by how black shatter went over the other lacquers often not cracking to its full potential.
Last Friday Night, and the One that Got Away is sheer and requires many coats to get a hint of blue/ pink. And the chunks of glitter in it, is just too girly for my taste.

From left to right: Last Friday Night, Not Like The Movies, The One That Got Away, Teenage Dream, Black Shatter

Not Like The Movies reminded me to Deborah Lippman's Wicked Game but with better coverage. It's got this duo-chrome thing going on, depending on the light, it could look metallic grey/purple/green.

This unfortunately is not Black Shatter by OPI but some random brand I got on ebay months ago. It dries matte so top coat is a must! Underneath is silver 555 by Gosh.

  1. Ooh, the changing metallic colours one looks boss!

  2. omg i love the crackle one. It actually looks like it works and goes on well
